how do i register?
To register, All you need to do is visit the venue you will be training at and our team at the front-desk will take on from there.

i'm a complete beginner. is it suitable for me?
Of Course! Most of our group sessions are suitable for all levels and can easily be scaled according to each individual's fitness level.

do i need to book beforehand?
No, you can easily book your spot upon arrival before your session. No pre-booking is required.

if i book one of your monthly packages, how many sessions do i get per month?
Our monthly memberships grant you 25 sessions to use throughout the month.

Can i try first before i register?
Sure you can! Everyone's always welcome for a free trial. Come in and bring a friend.

is your team first aid trained?
Most of our coaches are first & CPR trained and are there to help in the unlikely case of an injury. You can also find first aid kits in each facility

i have an injury. can i still join group training?
Our group training programs are suitable for almost everyone and can easily be scaled to fit the majority of people. However, Some injuries might require a training program specially tailored for your own needs. Feel free to drop by and speak to one of our coaches.

All memberships are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable.

All members must be over 16 to avail of facilities and services provided at Hit Egypt (except TeensFit)

Membership may be renewed on payment of the prevailing fee and in accordance with the terms and conditions then in force.

If any situation happens with your current online coach/ Personal trainer, you will be assigned to a different coach immediately.

If any situation happens with your current assigned nutritionist, you will be assigned to a different nutritionist immediately.

By joining Hit Egypt, members automatically accept and agree to be bound by these conditions of membership.

All members must scan their bar code for access to the building on each visit to the gym.

Entry will only be permitted to those with a valid membership, in date and in credit.

As a member you agree to comply with the rules of the gym with regards to use of the facilities, opening hours and your conduct. The gym may make reasonable changes to these rules, from time to time, provided the gym gives advance notice of these changes.

Members wishing to report on accidents, incidents, or problems with services at the gym should contact the head coach (simply ask at reception desk) or can email info@hitegypt.com in confidence.

In the event of a breach of membership rules and regulations the Box reserves the right of admission and may reserve the right to require any member or guest to leave the premises. Any member found in breach of rules or committing an illegal act, including theft, will be asked to permanently leave the gym and be barred from ever entering the box again.

Lockers are provided for the use of members.

Lockers may not be used overnight. Members who do so are liable to find that the lockers are opened and locker contents removed. Removal of such items is strictly at the members own risk.

Padlocks may be purchased at reception.

In the interest of safety and security please use the lockers provided. The club will have no liability for goods taken from the changing rooms or lockers.

The box reserves the right to vary the opening hours

Guests of members are welcome to use the facilities & services of the gym, by purchasing a drop in. There is no limit to the number of day passes a person can purchase/use.

Throughout the course of your membership with Hit Egypt, regular health and medical screening should be sought from your General Practitioner.

Before using the fitness facilities, you should go through a basic introductory session with one of the fitness staff, the booking of this is your responsibility.

It is necessary that all members and guests of Hit Egypt wear appropriate sports clothes , clean attire and footwear when using the studio and gym.

If you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or feel any unusual pain then you must stop exercising and inform the coach immediately.

You acknowledge and recognize the inherent risks of injury or ill health resulting from use of the Facilities and Services and participation in exercise generally. It is recommended that you seek medical advice prior to commencing any exercise program.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and indemnify us and our Related Entities for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of any incident arising out of injury, loss, damage or death caused to you or your property in any way whatsoever, except arising out of our reckless conduct.

You agree that you use the Facilities and Services at your own risk and responsibility whether supervised or not by staff.

Hit Egypt coaches or admins are not responsible for any loss of, or damage to any property and Hit Egypt recommends that you keep all valuables with you while using the gym.

HIT Egypt is unable to look after your personal possessions (keys and wallets for example) whilst you are in the Club.

Bags are not permitted on the gym floor for safety reasons.

It's prohibited to personally train someone at the gym or to get a personal trainer from outside of Hit Egypt team.
