Who Are We

We deliver various fitness programs, suiting different fitness levels. All our trainers are certified to train our athletes in a way that will move their body the way it's meant to move. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is not a phase; it's a journey that you everyone should go through, & have it facilitated for them to embrace it.

We train hard, because how we do anything is how we do everything.H.I.T piloted from Heliopolis Club, Cairo, Egypt with plans to expand Nationwide during 2015 - 2016, and in at least two Arab Countries during 2015 - 2017.

What we offer

A variety of fitness programs to help starting atheletes & current atheletes to master fitness movements, and obtain the upmost benefit and results their body is capable of giving. These programs include, Weight Loss & Toning, H.I.T MAX, JumpingEgypt, The Climb, & H.I.T. Combat. We also provide them, upon request, with customized nuitrional plans to assist them further in reaching their goals; helping them transform both mentally & physically.

HITTERS is a well-established fitness entity that is based in Heliopolis Club; the most prestigious Sporting Club in the heart of Heliopolis. We've been working with and serving clients with high standards, hence helping us understand your clientele greatly. Our coaches are well experienced with various certificates in different fields, and of a solid fitness back- ground.

Since starting HITTERS, our number one focus was the quality of the service we provide. Always insuring that everyone is more than satisfied, & is getting enough attention and care from our coaches. We've developed numerous programs to satisfy all age groups, from the youngest to the eldest.

Over the past year, we've been growing greatly, & rapidly. Starting off with just 2 sessions, and 14 members, and growing into 8 sessions per day with more than 200 members, we are now the strongest in Heliopolis, and one of the top fitness entities in Egypt. We've developed a healthy community, filled with people that are attached and looking forward to seeing each other; we're not just another fitness entity, we are a growing community!
